SMAART is currently partnering with an industry leader and fast-growing retail business known for their premium health and fitness products. We're now on the lookout to help them find find a Retail   Sales Consultant  to join their team in  Dandenong South.
This is a showroom-based retail sales role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers; face-to-face walk-ins, phone calls or online enquiries.

• Managing customer enquiries across in-person, phone, and email
• Building rapport quickly and understanding customer needs
• Guiding customers through the buying journey and closing sales
• Following up leads and maximising every opportunity
• Keeping the showroom looking sharp and inviting
• Working closely with the team to ensure a seamless experience
