Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Constantly maintain knowledge of products
- Consult with Professionals within the building industry; Architects, Developers, Quantity surveyors, etc.
- Attend Site Meetings (Own transport is a prerequisite)
- Specify the correct product for the correct application
- Understand architectural drawings
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Generate new leads – by means of Cold calling
- Pipeline reporting and Sales Forecast
- Achieve set thresholds
- Measure apertures
- Process paperwork for manufacture
