The Sales Consultant, New Cars is responsible for actively selling products of the department meeting targets for the sale of vehicles, accessories and associated warranty, finance and insurance products.
To ensure Sales Consultant meets the SSI commitment set by the management.
To follow all steps of sales process i.e. prospecting, meeting and greeting, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure and delivery and post-sales follow up.
To ensure that documentation is as per the company policy.
To liaise closely with other departments to complete the sales process.
To report daily activities to the Sales Supervisor/Manager
To achieve sales targets on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis while maximizing profit gained from each transaction.
To close maximum opportunities while maintaining and increasing existing customer base.
