Purpose

To assist walk‑in, online and telephone customers in a timely, positive, friendly and efficient manner, maximizing the sales opportunity as per group Standard Operating Procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities Implement all standard operating procedures adopted by the company in sequence. Provide accurate customer services through quality checks and follow‑up calls. Address customer concerns and resolve them in a timely and professional manner. Generate sales through direct face‑to‑face, electronic, or telephone contact and respond to customer inquiries promptly. Keep all regular and routine customers updated with regard to changes in products and services of the organization.
