Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and reports.
• Maintain customer records and update sales databases.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries and payments.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics departments.
• Monitor sales targets and prepare performance reports.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience as a Sales Coordinator or a similar role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
