- Process sample requests and account updates via CRM
- Assist with Failure Analysis and follow-up on quality reports
- Manage NCNR forms and backlog resolution
- Update cross-reference files and customer portals
- Handle PO confirmations within 48 hours
- Upload product change notifications and chemical compliance documents
- Track credit/rebill approvals and lead time updates
Qualifications:
- Diploma or GCE βAβ Level
- Minimum 1 year in sales or customer service
- Electronics industry experience is an asset
Skills:
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Customer-focused and team-oriented
