Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support a fast-paced sales organization. This individual will serve as a key partner to the Sales Manager and a team of ~15 sales professionals, providing day-to-day operational, administrative, and reporting support. In this role, you will help keep the sales team organized and accountable by managing reporting, maintaining pipeline data, preparing presentations, and coordinating internal processes. You will regularly work in Excel to build and analyze reports (e.g., commit reports, sales funnel tracking), support sales meetings and follow-ups, and assist with onboarding, account coordination, and vendor/customer-related tasks. This is a highly visible role that requires strong communication, professionalism, and a “can-do” mindset to thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
