Route incoming opportunities to the appropriate eLead Sales Manager. Manage all incoming electronic leads into the Sales office via fax, email, SFAWeb & CI/TY (Consolidated Inventory/Total Yield System), voicemail, and websites (e.g. Starcite), etc. Route leads via SFAWeb and/or CI/TY to the appropriate eLead Sales Manager in order to ensure that customer requests are responded to within the service level timeline for each incoming electronic lead.
