The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is looking for Sales Coordinator to be the first point of contact for guests and other stakeholders, offering friendly and professional service and to enter correct booking information into Opera in a timely matter and to operate with a selling attitude at all times in order to maximise room sales and Hotel Revenues.

The Sales Coordinator Key Responsibilities will include:

• Handles all incoming & outgoing, internal/external invoices and makes sure that these are correctly billed & within the budget restraints.
• Handles all incoming telephone and Email enquiries and provides initial suggestions on sales enquiries.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing documentation is distributed on time and to relevant personnel.
