Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the National Product Solutions Group Account Managers and Software Licensing Consultants. This role involves ensuring complete customer satisfaction when dealing with the organization.
Role Responsibilities
- Responding to customer licensing queries, providing quotes, and ensuring all software renewals are kept up to date.
- Managing the Microsoft Operations support queue , ensuring timely responses to queries from the software licensing team, with occasional direct customer interactions.
- Working with distributors and vendors including managing the orders pre- and post-sale.
- Contributing to monthly reporting for external and internal customers.
- Attending vendor and distributor training regularly to develop product knowledge and understanding.
