To actively support and help sales managers, for example. activating Sim cards, creating customer accounts, and other things to handle quoting requests that come in by phone or email.
To enter, manage, and terminate orders within the Navision ERP system.
To oversee and maintain several portals (configure, update, and set up, among other things)
To keep an eye on vessels' internet connectivity.
Must be in charge of the order's entire process
