To coordinate with the Order Department re: Preparation of all foreign and local communications to suppliers and customers in relation to all orders (PO & ISR) with order papers starting from dispatch to the end (payment of commissions, and copy documents, and obsolescence).
Follow up payment, shipment, and checking thereof, copies of documents worksheets, order status, etc.
Filing of documents in relation to all of the above respectively, instruction to clerk/s.
To assist Department Head in overseeing sales and all activities resulting and relating to sales i.e. in charge of office sales, attendance to office clients, etc.
To perform liaison and administrative functions with other departments within the company, as assigned by Manager from time to time.
