Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in daily coordination and administrative operations
- Handle sales-related documentation, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding order progress and product delivery
- Communicate with Japanese headquarters, suppliers, and local customers as necessary
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and related documentation
- Assist in inventory coordination and operational support for the Tool Department
- Follow up on customer requests and support smooth communication between all parties
- Support sales members in achieving efficient and timely operations
