SALES FULFILLMENT
RESPONSIBILITY: Ensures customer’s requirements and orders are fulfilled and well-coordinated across all departments.
Main Tasks:
- Manages customer’s requirements by ensuring orders are fulfilled through constant coordination with Operations Planner, warehouse and logistics personnel, and finance specialist.
- Allocates stocks provided by Supply Chain Operations Planner to all customers, following the allocation policy provided by the ASM.
- Ensures full customer satisfaction by offering alternative products in the absence of the specific stock keeping unit (SKU) ordered by means of coordinating with the SAS handling the specific account.
- Reports to SAS with regard to service level per SKU and delivery status.
