Tasks & Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample creation requests.
• Track progress of sample development and maintain timelines.
• Maintain documentation and records of sample requests and approvals.
• Communicate updates and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance; experience with Fosim, DagangNet, FMM, CHUBB (Insurance) is an added advantage.
• Experience in liaising with freight forwarders. Handle export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates ...
