Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation
  • Follow up with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and payments
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and MIS reports
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for order fulfillment
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
  • Track sales targets and support pipeline management
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and reports for management
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience working in the UAE market is preferred
  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
