Position: Sales Support Engineer Location: Sharjah, UAE
Remuneration: as per industry standard but not a constraint for the right candidate
Required qualifications - Graduation in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial engineering
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in Sales Support/Inside Sales
- Diploma engineers with 5 years’ experience in the relevant business function may also apply
- Excellent intelligence and skill to understand customers’ requirements
- Good learning aptitude
- Excellent analytical skill
- Good command over MS Excel, Word & Outlook
Responsibilities - Review enquiry/RFQ together with drawing/specification
- Selection of most appropriate product, calculating price and preparing quotation
- Communicate with customers and Sales team to address query, if any
- Answering & clarifying queries
- Order review & preparation of Sales Order
