Position Overview

            Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. 
Liaise and coordinate with the Operations department to expedite smooth and on‑time delivery. 
Provide solutions for non‑complex problems and only escalate complex problems to a superior. 
Ensure accuracy in quotation preparation, order processing and proper documentation flow to meet quotation deadlines. 
Maintain a proper filing system for easy retrieval. 
Requirements Diploma in Business or Engineering (Bachelor’s degree preferred). 
Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales coordinator in piping materials or a related industry. 
Strong computer literacy and advanced Excel skills (primarily using workfile). 
Attention to detail in carrying out administrative duties. 
Professional communication and negotiation skills.
