Key Responsibilities
Sales Development & Lead Qualification
Review, research, and qualify incoming leads from multiple channels.
Engage prospects through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods.
Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer requirements.
Drive prospects toward product trials, demos, and further engagement.
Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Sales team.
Maintain accurate lead records, activities, and follow-ups within the CRM.
Activating & Onboarding Customers/Projects
Prepare internal reports, tracking sheets, and customer status updates.
Onboard customers & onboard projects on internal tools.
Track Usage of Customers on internal tools.
Communicate with other CS Specialists and Sales team members.
Support Zoho CRM hygiene
Required Skills & Qualifications
