Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain ATM sales data in the company's proprietary software.
• Record and track monthly installment/payment schedules for each ATM sale.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of sales records.
• Update customer information and sales status as required.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely data.
• Identify and report discrepancies or missing information.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, sales administration, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to learn new software and business processes quickly.
