Position Overview

About the Role

Six-month fixed-term role to lead and coach Rubrik's APAC Sales Development team from the Singapore or Sydney office, driving pipeline, meetings, and rep development across ANZ, ASEAN, India and Japan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach early-career SDRs across APAC, running daily/weekly coaching cadences.
  • Drive outbound/inbound prospecting, pipeline metrics, and meeting generation.
  • Own inbound lead follow-up SLAs and partner with Marketing and field sales.
  • Use Salesforce and Outreach for activity, pipeline and reporting.
Requirements
  • Experience leading and coaching sales or sales development teams.
  • Background in tech sales with proven outbound prospecting skills.
  • Strong cold calling, email outreach, and territory coordination capabilities.
  • Fluent business English; Japanese language a bonus.
