About the Role
As a Sales Agent (Cold Calling), you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound cold calls to prospective clients
- Introducing Xevaro Labs' services and qualifying leads
- Managing call lists and documenting interactions in the CRM
- Following up on warm and cold leads
- Scheduling appointments or demos for the sales team
- Understanding client needs and communicating value propositions clearly
- Handling objections professionally and building rapport
Qualifications
- Clear spoken English and ability to build rapport over the phone
- Active listening and professional inquiry handling
- Comfort with CRM or sales tracking tools and basic productivity software
- Goal‑oriented, resilient to rejection, and target‑driven mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
