- You take ownership of the end‑to‑end sales process for assigned customers
- You are responsible for the complete customer journey from approaching phases until order taking
- You are constantly seeking the development of the existing customer portfolio by offering new products or cross/up‑selling opportunities
- You are in charge of technical service sales intended for the existing installed base of the company devices for all customer segments
- In cooperation with the Marketing department you provide support planning & execution of proactive sales campaigns towards assigned customer segment
