3-5+ years of SDR, BDR, or similar experience with proven results
A passion for building a career in tech sales (and maybe leadership down the line)
Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator
Confidence speaking to senior decision-makers, and the curiosity to learn fast
A love of problem‑solving, resilience, and thinking like an owner
Bonus points for data or analytics experience, or a relevant degree
