Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop business opportunities with executives at prospective DCS customers through lead generation efforts by interacting through telephone, email communications, marketing efforts, etc.
β’ Network within internal stakeholders to strategize and collaborate on prospecting activities.
β’ Work with Market Research Analyst within region to plan and deliver marketing efforts in a given region.
β’ Meet or exceed meeting quota standards set forth by management (e.g., contacts per week, meetings per month).
β’ Maintain a pipeline of prospective executive-level customer contacts and sales leads for assigned Business Development Executives; actively maintain the pipeline using the company sales contact database.
β’ Schedule introductory meetings with prospective executive-level customers and Business Development Executives, by successfully communicating our transportation service offerings.
