Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Ottawa, Ontario (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Appointment Setting – Execute high-volume outbound prospecting to secure qualified introductory meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Lead Qualification – Conduct rigorous discovery sessions to qualify leads based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria, ensuring only high‑probability opportunities enter the sales funnel.
- Event Conversion – Strategically mine attendee lists from global trade shows and conferences to capture and convert interest into actionable sales meetings.
- Strategic Cross‑Selling – Analyze the needs of the current customer base to introduce additional solutions from our multi‑brand portfolio, maximizing the lifetime value of every account.
- CRM Management – Maintain meticulous data integrity within our CRM, tracking all outreach activity, lead status, and conversion metrics.
