Position Overview

What You'll Do

  • First contact for inbound leads, shaping the customer's first impression and guiding them through qualification.
  • Manage inbound opportunities across multiple channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead management and feedback loops.
  • Qualify and disqualify prospects, ensuring time and effort are focused on the right opportunities.
  • Achieve KPIs, such as discovery calls booked, lead qualification, and conversion rates.
  • Complete weekly activities to meet sales performance metrics, including presentations and sales.
  • Manage customer relationships, engaging them in value‑added activities.

Qualifications & Skills
