Job description:
Sales Execution.
Individual Contribution: Personally drive outbound prospecting campaigns and lead qualification for strategic accounts. Act as a SDR on key accounts while mentoring newer/more junior reps through hands-on guidance. Meet individual KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline.
Pipeline Development:
Create and generate qualify relevant pipelines for Country Sales follow-up
Campaign Oversight:
Execution of outbound and inbound SDR workflows, ensuring lead quality and conversion rates are optimized. Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-up, event outreach, and persona targeting. Maintain an active presence in pipeline reviews with regional managers to align SDR goals with sales targets.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
