Position Overview

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will own the top of the funnel, identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities on behalf of both Company and our clients. You will work directly within Company's internal sales motion, driving pipeline for our own growth targets across key verticals including insurance, financial services, education, and B2B services.

Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outbound Outreach

  • Execute multi-channel outbound sequences (calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) to engage cold and warm prospects.
  • Research and build accurate prospect lists using Company's ICP scoring criteria and internal decision-maker databases.
  • Hit daily and weekly activity targets: calls, connection requests, emails sent, and conversations held.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools and CRM workflows to maximise reach and personalisation at scale.
