Job Description


Reporting to the Sales Development Director, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and/or outbound calls and emails to facilitate lead generation and qualification. You will be responsible for generating new leads and actioning warm leads from the Marketing team to increase sales into the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound & Outbound Lead Management: Reacting to inbound demo requests and content downloads while proactively prospecting through targeted calls, emails, and social media.

  • Prospecting: Identifying and researching appropriate prospects to establish relationships and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
