Work on assigned leads, accounts, and prospect lists from internal databases, marketing-generated sources, event/conference leads, lapsed accounts, and outbound campaigns
Execute outbound outreach through email, calls, and other approved channels
Qualify leads based on ICP fit, engagement behavior, interest signals, and defined SQL criteria
Book qualified meetings or demos for the sales team
Update lead status, activity notes, and follow-up actions accurately in CRM and sales engagement platforms
Follow structured outreach cadences and handoff workflows
Ensure suppression rules, opt-outs, competitor exclusions, and customer exclusions are followed
Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve outreach quality and conversion
