Job Summary

QLM Search is partnering with a leading specialist Ingredients group with a Sales Director (Europe) hire in a specialist B2B Ingredient category. The business is a fast growth leader in providing niche ingredient solutions to Food Groups. This is an individual contributor/director level position managing an existing book of €multi-million sales. They require a proven Sales Director with a focus on Europe to create and drive the customer strategy to maximise sales growth.

Reporting

Reporting the VP of the region (based in the USA) they value someone who has a development / commercial mindset and with this in mind, it is critical that the successful candidate has an understanding of working and building relationship with complex food groups from a B2B Ingredients background (ideally candidates will have experience in B2B ingredients specific to Food safety & preservation).
