Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Formulate and execute robust national/regional sales initiatives aligned with the firm's aggressive growth layout.
β’ Lead, coach, and expand a high-performing B2B sales team focused on major commercial, industrial, and safety accounts.
β’ Oversee major technical bids, large-scale commercial proposals, and complex multi-stakeholder contract negotiations.
β’ Partner seamlessly with engineering and operations divisions to deliver fully tailored infrastructure and security solutions.
β’ Establish clear quotas and KPIs, tracking pipeline health directly for executive leadership.
Qualifications:
β’ 8 to 12+ years of progressive sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or director-level capacity.
β’ Deep background in security systems, industrial solutions, automation, or related engineering-heavy industries.
