As our Sales Director for On-Trade, you will be working in the strategic heart of our business in Finland’s restaurant, bar, and hotel scene. You will together with your team lead our sales and ensure our fantastic portfolio of brands gets the spotlight it deserves. You’ll be leading a talented sales team fostering a culture of ambition, collaboration, and success while not forgetting to have fun.

You will lead and contribute to key customer negotiations, develop winning channel plans, and be the vital link between the market and our internal teams, liaising with marketing and product development to shape our future offerings.
