Are you a field‑based beauty sales professional who thrives on being on the road, building relationships, and bringing brands to life in‑store?

We’re looking for experienced Sales & Education Managers with strong Sephora beauty brand experience to lead field execution across Madrid, Paris, or Milan. These are 3 different opportunities in each city.

The Role

This is a high‑impact, on‑the‑ground role where you’ll spend the majority of your time in store visiting 100+ doors educating, motivating, and driving performance through exceptional product storytelling and relationships.

You’ll act as a true brand ambassador , working closely with store teams to elevate knowledge, increase sell‑through, and ensure our products shine on the shop floor.
