About the role

We are on an exciting growth journey in the Nordics and our sales organization is transforming fast. To support this, we are now looking for a Sales Enablement & Operations Manager Nordics – a critical role at the heart of our commercial performance.

We are not looking for a traditional support role. This is a high impact position where you will work closely with sales leadership and teams across the Nordic countries to:

• Drive sales performance
• Translate data into action
• Enable teams to execute at a consistently high level

Location: Stockholm / Oslo / Copenhagen / Helsinki (flexible)

Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Nordic
