At Preply Business we are looking for a Sales Enablement manager that will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support our go to market teams.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our GTM teams are equipped with the resources, tools, and information they need to be successful and effective in their role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding programs for SDRs, Sales, and Post-Sales teams to accelerate ramp‑up and productivity
- Build ongoing enablement frameworks that reinforce skills, process discipline, product knowledge, and tool mastery
- Collaborate with managers to ensure every team member stays sharp on messaging, methodology, and execution consistency
