Position Overview




Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and grow B2B sales opportunities for Adwaa Factory’s electrical products.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into successful projects.
  • Conduct client visits, meetings, and presentations to consultants, contractors, and corporate buyers.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers.
  • Track, manage, and report sales pipeline progress regularly to management.
  • Maintain long-term business relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend new strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project delivery.
