Summary:

The Trainee will support the regional leader in driving the regional growth program across different BU / segments . Trainee will work closely with regional commercial, technical, and cross‑functional teams to understand customer needs, strengthen market presence, and support business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

Support the commercial team in identifying new business opportunities in the IMEA region.

Assist in market mapping, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.

Participate in customer meetings, product trials, and technical discussions.

Help prepare commercial proposals, technical presentations, and business cases.
