Key Responsibilities:
Generate profitable orders and meet or exceed annual sales targets established by the National Sales Manager (NSM), Sales Director (SD), or General Manager (GM) through consultative selling.
Implement sales strategies as directed by the Sales Manager, Sales Team Lead, NSM, SD, or GM.
Generate profitable orders from assigned sales accounts, ensuring full customer satisfaction and establishing long-term trust and confidence between the company and customers.
Plan, organize, and execute field activities, such as customer visits and walk-about surveys, to achieve maximum productivity and effectiveness.
Monitor all quotations generated, ensuring professional follow-up to maximize sales.
