Position Overview

  • Contact customers assigned by the marketing team.
  • Arrange appointments and conduct site visits to customers’ house.
  • Provide consultations and recommendations to customers regarding design and technical aspects.
  • Prepare detailed quotations for customers based on the agreed specifications.
  • Respond promptly to all customer inquiries.
  • Liaise with the designer and provide necessary information during the preparation of plans and 3D drawings.
  • Monitor site progress and update customers on work status.
  • Track and record each customer’s progress, including follow-ups, site visits, quotation and etc.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and monitoring of customer payment status.
  • Ensure each project is completed successfully and in accordance with the contract before the final handover to the customer.
