Position Overview
β’ Prospecting & Business Development: Research, identify, and connect with new potential customers (leads) in the territory.
β’ Sales & Presentations: Present products/services, answer customer questions, demonstrate features, and negotiate terms.
β’ Account Management: Build & maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying up/cross-selling opportunities.
β’ Territory Planning: Develop strategies for the assigned region, understanding local market needs, challenges, and competitor activity.
β’ Reporting & Admin: Track sales activities, report results (weekly/monthly/quarterly), and maintain accurate customer data in Taskflow systems.
β’ Collaboration: Work with other sales reps, marketing, and internal teams for cohesive strategies and goal achievement.
β’ Travel & Events: Travel within the territory, client visits and attend industry events like trade shows to network.
