Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers for machining and fabrication services.
- Visit customers regularly and understand their technical requirements.
- Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, and coordinate with the engineering/Estimation team for quotations.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into orders.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and submit periodic sales reports.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Relevant Sales Experience.
