Position Overview

  • New Business & Sponsorship Sales Identify, research, and build a strong pipeline of potential sponsors, exhibitors, and partners (crypto exchanges, Venture Capital, Layer1/Layer2 chain, Web3 projects, liquidity providers, payment companies, tech vendors, etc.). Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, video meetings, Inperson meeting) to decision makers globally. Present and pitch sponsorship packages, exhibition booths, speaking slots, side events, and other commercial opportunities.
  • Account Management & Upsell Manage and grow relationships with existing clients across multiple event editions. Understand clients’ marketing and business objectives and propose tailored packages / add-ons (bigger booths, branding upgrades, speaking, side events, VIP programs, etc.). Ensure sponsors are well-prepared pre‑event (branding, booth, speaking schedule) and supported on‑site.
