Position Overview

            In-Store Merchandising Ensure full product availability on shelves at all times 
Maintain proper shelf display facing and brand visibility 
Follow planograms and merchandising standards 
Stock Management Check stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations 
Rotate stock using FIFO system to avoid expiry issues 
Coordinate with store managers for replenishment 
Retail Execution Implement promotions, displays and POS materials 
Set up gondola, end-caps and secondary displays 
Ensure correct pricing and promotion visibility in stores 
Store Relations Build strong relationships with store staff and supervisors 
Support sales team in securing shelf space and visibility 
Report competitor activities and pricing 
Reporting Daily visit reports with photos before and after shelf execution
