Iron Horse is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to spearhead the end-to-end sales lifecycle for two of our flagship high-end luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in selling premium real estate to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), capable of owning the customer journey from lead generation through to post-sales engagement. This role demands strong client-facing skills, leadership in managing sales support teams, and seamless cross-functional coordination with Marketing, CRM, and other internal verticals.
