Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and generate recent business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with printing companies, in-plant facilities, and outsourced print providers.
• Engage banks, insurance companies, and large organizations that outsource print and CCM services.
• Schedule appointments and establish current accounts; transition signed clients to the delivery/technical team.
• Assess customer requirements and propose customized CCM solutions.
• Monitor sales activities and manage the pipeline using Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
• Participate in trade shows, client meetings, and industry events across the USA, Europe, and Canada.
