Position Overview

            Roles & Responsibilities  1. Sales Generation  Prospect and identify potential clients through various means such as cold calling, networking, and industry research. 
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. 
 2. Client Relationship Management  Build and maintain strong and positive customer relationships. 
Understand customer needs, provide customized solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our printing and IT services. 
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 
 3. Market Research and Analysis  Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. 
Analyse market data to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
