Job Title: Sales Executive / Senior Sales executive
Roles and Responsibilities:
β’ End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
β’ Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant
properties.
β’ Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures
β’ Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.
Skills Required:
β’ Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
β’ Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage
β’ MS office
β’ Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
β’ Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence
Educational Qualification & Work Experience :
β’ A graduate from any discipline is preferred
β’ 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
