• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout.
• Confirm next-day appointments with customers and update all bookings in the system.
• Schedule and coordinate technicians’ daily job assignments.
• Inform clients promptly of any delays or service issues.
• Prepare quotations for replacement or new air‑conditioning installations.
• Liaise with clients via phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp for follow‑ups and updates.
